Juice and juicing health benefits - part 2

Your body is mostly made up of water and uses water as the main method for transporting toxins out of your body. Juicing increases the quantity of water per unit of fruit or vegetable by reducing the amount of solid. By juicing you are enlarging the quantity of water you put into your body. Possibly not enough to meet your daily need, since a large proportion of people don't hydrate themselves enough in the day, but it certainly helps to bring you closer.
