Juice and juicing health benefits - part 3
The ingredients should be as fresh as possible for juicing. There's a statistic saying that when a customer takes food home, it is usually at least a fortnight old. So although it's probably very difficult to get fruit right off the vine, tree, or the fruiting parent, in just about all areas there are local farmers and markets that sell regional produce, which has travelled a much shorter distance to get to you. Talking of fresh, never drink juice more than a day old. It's best to drink your delicious juice in an hour of juicing.
